TPS, will buy on behalf of the Consortium then manage the Portfolio working to increase Sales and Profit, which in turn will increase the Market Value, When the business has reached its full potential TPS will then Market to Sell at a higher rate , expected to be 30-40% more  than purchase price, with a view to reinvesting the available funds into similar opportunities.

On Behalf of the investors, TPS will buy property, which could include Land, Businesses and Houses. In some instances work, either renovation or refurbishment will be needed but in the main, the asking value will be below market Value, TPS can market to sell, quickly, with a view to making good returns once again reinvesting with a view to increasing the asset base.

On the Behalf of the Investors, develop a Housing Project or Resort, With a Housing Project, manage the whole project from Finding the Land to selling the houses, with Resort, Manage the project then operate, either with a view to selling or keeping within the consortium. These 2 options do require more investment and time to realise the full potential and get the best returns.
